The set the players write themselves: every card is composed by a collector, who pays for it in dust, and a lot of dust. A card's rarity is the one its smith paid for, the slots for each rarity are counted, and the collection grows one card at a time. No packs here: a forged card comes from its smith, or from the auctions.
